Mellow was born from a personal need — to move without pressure, to reconnect with my body and to find presence when everything felt too much.

 

It’s not about performance. It’s about being honest, intuitive, and soft.

Hi, I’m Jen!

​

I moved to Switzerland just with my passion for teaching yoga in a way that feels human —

without language, job or clear plan... 

​

Years ago, I didn’t feel at home in any yoga studio.

​

After navigating grief, change, and burnout, I couldn’t find myself in traditional yoga spaces anymore. They felt too loud, too perfect. So, I created what I felt was missing: A method that honors softness. That allows for pause. That embraces the mess and the beauty of being human.

​

This is not just movement. It’s an act of self-trust. If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong in a class... you belong here.

​

Now I teach yoga that meets you where you are.

​

You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t need to be zen.

You just need to show up — exactly as you are.
